This is surface active Defoamer and antifoam compound which
effectively breaks and controls the foam. The control of foam is one
of the main requirements of textile manufacturing processes to
obtain economical and profitable operation.
CEASE FOAM

The
effectiveness of CEASE FOAM has been due to low surface problems
tension on one hand and enormous capacity to spread out on liquid
surface on the other and to special activators, resulting in the
destruction of foam or damping of foams.
CEASE FOAM : A surface active antifoam compound is formulated
to exhibit correct emulsion stability i.e. emulsion breakage after
adequate dispersion of CEASE FOAM has occurred. A premature
break up of emulsion and agglomeration of small particles of
CEASE FOAM do not take place. A correctly developed formulation
of antifoam ensures.

Processing Instructions
CEASE FOAM is a highly active substance and must be well dispersed
in the medium to be defoamed. Avoid local temperature and in
conditions of frost. Close concentration as they can be carried out
to determine the concentration to be used to obtain optimum results.
The quantity diluted should be just sufficient for required use on
immediate basis. Stir the diluted solution before use.
Textile Dying
It
is specially designed for the textile dying industry. It is widely
used in the process of dyeing and printing. The process becomes
trouble free as a result the final product quality improves and
processing becomes easier.
CEASE FOAM
Controls foaming in dye bath and reduces problems encountered in
dyeing, due to foam. Employment of CEASE FOAM in dye-bath brings
about reduction in problems of flotation of yarn or piece goods in
hank or winch dyeing. The presence of silicone emulsion resists mark
in fabric dyed on the beam, and problems encountered due to spillage
of foam and reduction of dyeing capacity.
CEASE FOAM find use extensive in the correct screen printing, to
preserve the printed mark, in avoiding weak prints due to trapped
air and efficient screen release. It also finds extensive use in
rotory screen Printing of textiles processing. |
