Cleanex 200 is a heavy duty cleaner and has been specially developed for the cleaning of package dyeing, Beam dyeing and jet dyeing machines. It can remove impurities of chemical origin and water origin. Even the fibers / fabrics settled and deposited inside the corners of the machine are also removed efficiently and easily. Periodical machine cleaning is must for smooth operation and best results of dyeing. Regular cleaning also enhances the life of the machine, cleaning of machine once in a month is advised.

Factors that effect machine cleaning

The quantity and the treatment time vary with the quantum of contamination and the amount of deposits inside the machine.

1. Fill up the vessel to its operating level with water and add CLEANEX 200 to it carefully. Use safety gloves and goggles while handling CLEANX 200. Dip empty carriers. Close the lid of the machine and start circulation of liqor. Raise Temperature to 65°C and run the machine for 6 hours.
2. Drain the liqor. Rinse with fresh water for 10 mts. and drain
3. Fill water again, add 2 kgs of SUPERSTROL 100 and 2 kgs of Acetic Acid. Close the lid. Raise the temperature to 130°C and run the machine for 1 hour.
4. Drain and give wash for 15 mts. Machine is now clean and ready for dyeing.
