- ENCEE BOND is added in
mixing chest after making 10% solution in water
- ENCEE BOND is freely
soluble in water. About 7 to 10 kgs is required per tonne of
paper to improve B.F. by 2 depending upon the nature of stock
material. Unlike starch which forms a coating of the paper,
ENCEE BOND helps in bonding of the cellulose fiber giving
more strength to the paper and also prevents passing of the
fines through the screen during paper formation. Application
of ENCEE BOND is simple as it does not require any
spraying system and thus no need of periodical cleaning of the
nozzles which is perennial problem encountered when the starch
is used.
