ENCEE CLEAN
42 is a powdered, activated, silicated, strong alkaline
cleaner. It is also and excellent phosphate grain refiner when
used in phosphating lines.

ENCEE CLEAN
42 is recommended for use in either immersion of power spray
processing equipment for heavy duty cleaning of ferrous
metals.
- ENCEE
CLEAN 42 is readily adaptable to automatic bath control using
electronic control equipment. The surfactants present in the
product are bio-degradable

For each 100 liters of the bath, add to
water with stirring or with the pump circulating, as follows : |

It is advisable to pre-dissolve ENCEE
CLEAN 42 in a bucket of water, make a slurry, and add to the bath
slowly. |

OPERATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS |

The initial change and
replenishment data mentioned above are normal for most
installations. Deviations can occur based on plant conditions.

If the work is heavily soiled and
additional cleaning agent is required, a suitable detergent or
solvent emulsion cleaner addition can be done to the ENCEE
CLEAN 42 bath.
