an effective leveling agent used in dyeing of polyester and blends.
ENCEE DFT enhances dye bath stability. At higher
concentrations ENCEE DFT operates as a stripping agent in the
case of disperse dyes. |

ENCEE DFT offer following

Excellent dispersing action which
enhances dye bath stability

Substantivity to disperse dye
makes it a very effective leveling agent in polyester, blends
dyeing with disperse dyes

Achievement of level dyeing with
disperse dyes of high sublimation fastness which have poor
migration properties

Application of ENCEE DFT is
possible with usual dyeing process / machines like jet dyeing,
beam dyeing, jigger dyeing and also in thermosol dyeing

Acts as a stripping agent when
used in higher concentration. This property enable correction of
faulty dyeings with disperse dyes
-
Prevents deposits of color in HTHP
machines when added to alkaline reduction clearing solution /
bath. Also manual hand cleaning of all the points is not possible
frequently in the many modern machines due to their compact
design. So this property helps to get rid of unwanted tints on the
shades.
