ENCEEROAM-FKI is a surface active
defoamer and antifoam compound which effectively breaks and controls
the foam. The control of foam is one of the main requirement of
textile manufacturing processes JET DYEING operation to obtain
economical and profitable operation.
ENCEEROAM-FKI

Is highly effective against all
substances which have tendency to foam.

Is economical to use, it prevents foam
or if the foam is already formed, breakes it down at
concentrations of few ppm only.

Chemically inert i. e. it does not
react with the product to be deafoamed.

Has no toxicity.

Is easy to apply.

Has long storage life.
The effectiveness
of ENCEEFOAM-C has been due to low surface tension on one hand and
enormous capacity to spread out on liquid surface on the other, and
to special activators resulting in destruction of foam or damping of
foam.
ENCEEROAM-FKI
is highly active substance and must be well dispersed in the medium
to be defoamed. ENCEEFOAM should be used by making 5% solution in
cold water and then evenly adding to the process. It works in all pH
of the process. The dosing depends on the quality and nature of the
foam. |
