Enceelin ENI Liquid

( Low foaming diffusion accelerant with leveling action for dyeing polyester and its blends )

  • Accelerates dye diffusion especially at temperature above 100ºC

  • Improves dye migration

  • Allows shorter dyeing cycles (hence lesser energy consumption and reduced occurrence of oligomer deposits)

  • Gives better yields (hence reduced dye cost and cleaner machines)

          Appearance : Clear Yellowish liquid
          Ionic Character : Non-ionic
          Chemical Character : Mixture of aromatic hydrocarbon

It is recommended to add an equal amount of water to the amount of product required and stirring slowly by hand with a stirrer at around 30ºC. A stable emulsion is thus obtained, which can be then added to the dyeliquor containing the usual additions.

The application amount of ENCEELIN ENI LIQUID depends on the quantity of the material being dyed, the depth of shade and liquor ration.

The recommended amounts for dyeing at 130ºC are as follows
0.5 - 1% ENCEELIN ENI LIQUID : 5 : 1 - 7 : 1
1 - 2% ENCEELIN ENI LIQUID : 10 : 1 - 15 : 1
Dyeing of polyester / wool blends

The following amount of the product are recommended for dyeing polyester / wool at about 105ºC, at liquor ratio 10:1 - 15:1 depending on the depth.
