MICROCLENE – N is a powerful, non
selective germicide, effective detergent, non irritant, non
toxic, non staining and non corrosive disinfectant and
sanitizer for use in dairies, breweries, ice-cream plants,
food processing equipment and soft drinks bottling machinery.

The Bacterial contaminations
spoils dairy and milk products. Even the pasteurized products
may contain harmful bacterial contamination because of heat
resistant organism. They enter milk and its products mainly
from the surfaces of inadequately cleaned dairy equipments.

MICROCLENE - N is the most effective germicidal
fungicidal and bacteriostatic detergent composition. The
formulation contain detergent, Phosphoric-Acid and iodine in a
complex form.

ACTION MECHANISM |
- MICROCLENE-N
gradually releases iodine in aqueous medium so as to be
germicidally effective. It also acts on foreign matters such
as alkalies, proteins, milk solids etc by serving as a
detergent and also protecting the iodine from being consumed
by such materials. The elemental iodine available in aqueous
solution kills bacteria, yeast-fungi, viruses and protozoa

USE |
|
MICROCLENE-N works
in two stages, as a cleaner first, followed by disinfection action.
For cleaning, 10 ml of MICROCLENE-N per liter of water is to be used
whereas for Disinfection 2 ml per liter of water is enough.
MICROCLENE-N is
used for :

Cleaning and
sanitization of dairy equipments such as milking machines,
chilling plants cheese making equipments, dairy utensils, milk
vats, milk hose, milk parlors, vending machines.

Food Processing
equipments.

For disinfection
of hands.
