Stain Wash

( Multifunctional Stain Remover )

A degreasing agent, stain removing agent, and detergent for textiles of every types, for the removal of fatty and oily impurities or stains which cannot be dislocated in the usual manner with ordinary washing agents. For the cleaning of waste, hair and bristles, for the removal of pitch tips, for the cleaning of garments and badly soiled linen, and as an addition to the kier boiling of cotton.
Composition : Organic emulsifiable mixture of solvents.
Properties :

A light yellow liquid of neutral reaction and a slight odor, it is highly resistant to shine, alkalies, acids and lime. Due to its low volatility it can be used without loss in hot and boiling baths. It is very compatible with soap and with the usual synthetic washing agents, and under certain circumstances it substantially increase their effects. It does not have a determental effect on the lathering power of other washing agents to which it has been added. STAIN WASH N-40 has no injurious effect on health.

  • As a spot / stain remover : Stubborn stains can be easily removed by application of STAIN WASH N-40. Stained portion is rubbed with a soft brush or a piece of cloth with undiluted STAIN WASH N-40. Hand rub may not be always necessary unless spot stain is very resistant and of large size. In case of persistence of spot, fabric is dipped in 2 to 8% solution of STAIN WASH N-40 for 30 to 40 minutes. Material is taken to scouring only if needed. Material treated with STAIN WASH N-40 has to be washed and rinsed thoroughly.

  • For Woolens : As a degreasing aid and for soil release on raw stock woolen yarn / fibers. STAIN WASH N-40 cleans the yarn / fibers which enhances natural obtain of the product value considerably.

  • As dry cleaning aid : Despite about 0.2 to 0.3% STAIN WASH N-40 added to solvents used in dry cleaning, degreasing action of solvent is enhanced and particularly soil release is facilitated.

  • Use in Jet Dyeing : STAIN WASH N-40 can also be added in the jet and beam dyeing machines to remove job carried out manually which is costly. STAIN WASH N-40 considerable reduces / eliminates the need for manual spotting and resulting fabric is spotless and brighter due to extra powerful scouring and degreasing action.
