SUPER DET is
an anionic surface active agent of Alkyl Aryl Aulphonate group. It
has good detergency power combined with wetting and penetrating.

SUPER DET is
available as clear liquid of pale to golden yellow in color. It
gives aqueous solutions which are soap like, with characteristic
stable lather.

In wet processing
of textiles, problems arise due to wetting, dispersion, penetration
and detergency. SUPER DET has wetting, scouring, dispersion
and penetrating action over wide range of conditions
-
SUPER DET is
stable to hard water and due to this characteristic, lime deposits
are not encountered. It gives stable lather and has better action
than soap.

- Cellulosics Desizing
: 1 -2 gpl in desizing bath gives uniform penetration of desizing
chemicals
- Kier Boil 7 Scour :
For boiling under pressure conc of 1 -2 gpl is sufficient
- Bleach : Due to its
stability in the solutions of oxidizing and reducing agent, it
enables to obtain good bleach because it helps in even penetration
of solution
- Dyeing : For dyeing
of cellulose based fabrics with reactive / vat / azoic colors
conc. of 2 - 3 gpl is sufficient
- Washing of woolen fabrics
: About 2 - 3% is used along with soda ash in a bath at 45°C
and material to be washed, is kept in bath for 20 - 30 minutes. In
case of knitting yarn lower concentrations can be used.
